Gathered from Northland hives, this native bush honey with 20% manuka is slightly lighter in taste and colour than the pure Manuka honey. Still offering the traditional creamy taste and texture but with wider floral overtones this is ideal for spreading, adding to beverages, baking or simply on its own.
